Information collected
Account data may include contact details, profile data, verification status, jurisdiction, payment references, device/security logs, content metadata, reports and moderation records. Raw government-ID images should be handled by a qualified verification provider when possible rather than stored directly by the web application.
Identity and liveness
Where selfie, facial comparison or liveness checks are used, the applicable provider workflow and jurisdiction-specific notice/consent requirements must be followed. UnlockMyPage should retain only the minimum verification result and provider reference needed for compliance.
Safety use
Information may be processed to prevent fraud, enforce platform rules, investigate abuse, protect users, comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal process.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods differ by data category and legal obligation. Safety evidence, recordkeeping material and legally preserved data may not be deleted on the same schedule as ordinary account data.
Security
Access to sensitive information should follow least-privilege controls, encryption, audit logging and role separation. Suspected illegal-content evidence must not be exposed to ordinary admin accounts.
