Performer Verification & Consent Policy
Version 2026-09-01 — pre-launch draft for counsel review.
Before publication
A creator may not publish regulated explicit content depicting another person until every depicted performer has completed the verification and consent workflow required by UnlockMyPage.
Required records
The platform architecture must support verified age, verified identity, legal/performer-name mapping where legally required, content linkage, consent version, consent timestamp, and the recordkeeping information required by applicable law. Sensitive identity documents should be handled using least-privilege access and appropriate security controls.
No self-approval
Creators cannot mark their own content or performer records approved. Publication remains quarantined until required checks have completed.
Withdrawal and disputes
Consent disputes trigger restriction and review. Withdrawal requests are handled according to applicable law, contractual rights, record-preservation duties, and platform policy; withdrawal does not authorize destruction of records that the law requires the platform to preserve.
Live sessions
No unverified third party may join or appear in a sexual live interaction. A session may be paused or terminated if an additional person appears or verification cannot be established.
